Beep checks it's real
Every price drop is compared with the last 90 days of that product's prices on Amazon. If it sat at today's price for most of those days, it isn't a drop. It's a sticker. Beep skips it.
Snip posts the real ones
Only drops of at least 20% or $20 make it. The "was" price is the lower of the 90-day average and Amazon's list price, never a made-up number. Every card shows the time we saw the price, because prices change.
Ding keeps checking
While a deal is on this site we look up its price again every hour. New drops go up through the day, so the store page is never older than its "Updated" stamp says.
Knock brings the link
On Instagram, comment DEAL on a post and Knock DMs you that post's links. We only DM when you ask; no cold messages.
Thump stamps the dead ones
When a price goes back up or the item sells out, Thump stamps it EXPIRED on the store page and it drops off within the hour. No chasing dead deals.
Questions
Why is the price different on Amazon?
Amazon prices move all day, sometimes within minutes. We show the price and the time we saw it; the price on Amazon when you buy is the one that counts.
What's a fake drop?
A "sale" against a list price nobody paid. If a product spent most of the last 90 days at or below today's price, the discount isn't real and we leave it out.
Why no promo codes?
Seller promo codes are set and pulled by the seller, often within hours, and the "was" price behind them is usually inflated. We post price drops we can check. When Amazon shows a clip coupon on the page, the card says so.
What does #affiliate mean?
#affiliate · As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases. If you buy after tapping one of our links, Amazon pays us a small commission. You pay the same price either way.
Who are the crew?
Beep, Snip, Ding, Knock and Thump are the characters for the five steps above. They don't test or recommend products; they find price cuts.
